DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. their customer service is appalling. I ordered a hugo boss polo shirt from them on the 10th April. they took my money immediately, order was delivered on 14th April. The fit was very bad, shirt fitted very long in the body, (I have at least 10 boss polo shirts the same design that all fit perfectly, which has made me doubt the authenticity of the product). I requested a refund return on 17/4/23 and was charged over £11.00 for a refund label. I returned the package and it was received using Post Office track and trace at their delivery centre in the UK on the 21/4/23. It is now 3 weeks later and I have not received my refund, or acknowledgement of receipt of the package. I emailed them on 3/5/23 and had a reply on 4/5/23 saying that they hadn't received the package back but that it was in transit still. I emailed them again on 10th May with the tracking number showing that it had been received at the UK Depot, they couldn't be bothered to reply. I am now on hold on their chat facility, no reply, no customer service. They do not care. I order a lot of clothes, sports equipment post Brexit across Europe and have had excellent service from our European friends with nothing like this. I really do urge you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they are incapable of providing any level of customer service. Order number available if Dressinn contact me.

I bought pair of trainers and a coat from them. Delivery took ages-parcel arrived a week later than scheduled. Altogether I was waiting for it more than a month. True that communication is zero. I was lucky enough to get my stuff i like it and the size is right so no returns etc though will never buy from them again.Too long waiting time, too stressful due to no communication. Not worth all that trouble for just to save a few quid.

I ordered from dressinn.com twice and everything was ok. So I can reccomend it.

I've ordered 3 pair of jeans to be sent to Israel at 09/04/23. checking nonstop on the track of the shipment it is still stuck in Netherland. i've call the costumer service time and again and they don't care and don't take responsibility on shipping the package to israel.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company is a scam and will not honor returns. I used the size guide and the item was way off and did not match the description of the size, they reported that the color was bone and the color showed up yellow. When I tried to return, they requested photos but then repeatedly said the photos were not of good enough quality for them even though I emailed them directly. The phots were taken by an iphone 14 pro max which is the best camera on the market, you can't get better photos, yet they said they were not of the quality that they could accept. Clearly it is their system that is the issue. If I tried to return with a label, they wanted to charge me $106 for return when the item only cost $69. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY CANADA DESERVES BETTER!!!!

Hello there, I wish to know, what I have to do, to get my money back from Dressinn, as they keep on practicing sarcasm and chasing clout at my expense on their text, when they say I must enjoy the purchase, which I never recieved, prior!!!

I ordered a pair of jeans (wrangler) from dressinn, as the price was lower than anywhere else. It was supposed to arrive at 28 of April. It arrived to my country (Greece) in 29, in Athens. I received it at my city (Patras) at 3 May. It was not a big delay and I was able to track the order anytime with details. I m quite satisfied!

Shoes arrived fairly quickly and as described. Reason for 3 stars 'cost of returns' one pair is far too small and return cost is £11.99 to change the size.

Arrived as stated in perfect condition and great savings
