Had a small issue with my order, but customer service got back to me quickly. They explained what was going on and helped me sort it out without making it a big deal. There’s just something about it when a company handles things calmly and doesn’t leave you chasing them. Happy overall and I’d use dressinn again.

I’d give Dressinn 4 stars overall. It’s been good, just not totally perfect. I’ve ordered a few dresses and tops from them, and the sizing has been consistent each time. I usually just go with my normal size, and so far that’s worked out, which isn’t always the case when shopping online. One dress was a bit tighter around the waist than I expected, but it was still wearable. Delivery was fine too, so no real complaints there.

I tried to pay twice, but the checkout just kept spinning and then threw up an error. By the time I got to the end, my basket price had changed too, which was so frustrating. I was already feeling mentally drained and this just finished me off, so I gave up on ordering. Really not a good experience.

I found a dress I’d been wanting on Dressinn for a lot less than I’d seen it on other sites, so I figured I’d give it a shot. the discount was the main reason I ordered. Checkout was easy, and the total didn’t suddenly jump with any weird extra charges, which I appreciated. Delivery took a few days, so if you need something urgently, it might not be the best option. But for me, considering how much I saved, I was happy with the experience.

It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t impress me either. I was hoping for a bit more, to be honest. It did the job, so I can’t complain too much, but I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it...

I ordered a jacket from dressinn and, i’m a bit unsure how to feel about it. From the photos, it looked thicker and more fitted than it actually is, and the material description wasn’t super clear, so I guess I expected it to be warmer. Delivery was fine, no real issue there, but the jacket just wasn’t what I thought I was getting based on the page. It’s not awful or anything, but I do think they could explain the product details better.

I had to pay a little extra for shipping, which wasn’t ideal, but it was still okayyy overall

I had to return a dress because I chose the wrong size, and I was a little nervous about how much the return shipping would cost. Thankfully, they showed the price before I sent it back, and it was actually fair, not like some sites where you feel totally ripped off. The refund came through without any issues too, so I was really relieved. Happy with the experience overall.

I’ll admit, I was kind of hesitant when it arrived, but after checking it over, the jacket seems completely genuine. The tags, packaging, and everything else all look right. Happy with it overall.

I ordered a jacket from dressinn and overall the packaging was good. The box was a little squashed on one corner, but luckily the jacket inside was totally fine and wrapped in plastic. Nothing super fancy, but it did the job 🙂 The delivery label was clear too, so no issues there. I’d give it 4 stars since the outer box could’ve been a bit stronger, but I’m happy with it overall!

I ordered a dress from dressinn.com and kept second-guessing the size after I placed the order. I wasn’t sure if I should’ve gone up or down, but I just stuck with the size chart. Turns out it was actually spot on and the dress fit me fine, so thankfully I didn’t have to deal with a return.

I got charged more here than I would have at other shops, i didn’t feel like it was worth the extra cost. No real issue with updates or anything like that, but the prices just felt too high for what I got

Paid with my card and it was smooth. Had the usual security check pop up, nothing strange there. I kept an eye on my statement after and no weird charges showed up, so... yeah, all good

I had to swap my dress for a different size, and it was smooth overall. Customer support got back to me fairly quickly, and the new one showed up without any real hassle. It all went more or less the way I hoped.

I ordered from dressinn because the item was showing as in stock and the price seemed good, so it felt like a straightforward purchase. A few days later, I got an update saying it actually wasn’t available, which was frustrating. Customer service did get back to me and I did receive my refund, so it wasn’t a disaster, but the whole thing took longer than I expected. Common sense says if something is listed as in stock, it should really be available before they take the order. Not a terrible experience overall, but I’d like to see more accurate stock updates on the site.

The order showed up when they said it would, and nothing weird happened with the package or the items. So on paper, everything was fine. I guess I’m just not fully back to trusting the process yet, because I was half-expecting something to go wrong

I ordered a pair of black shoes, but they showed up in blue instead. I reached out to customer service and kept getting different answers from different people, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I just wanted the shoes I actually ordered.

I ordered a dress from Dressinn it looked pretty much like the pictures. The color was maybe a little darker in person, but not enough to really bother me. The fit was okay too, nothing amazing but... yeah, it worked. I’d give it 4 stars.
